we use Outlook 2003 with MS SBS2003 w. Exchange 2003.
Sharing things including calendar's works fine. But there is this mystic problem: It seems that we can't control which users shared calendar is showing up in the section "Other Calendars" and which is showing up in "My Calendars"-section. It's important because only people showing up in the "Other Calenders" list is marked out in the right pane with their name on top making it much easier to view. We can control the "my calendars" section by selecting "open a shared calendar" but only some of the users are actually showed in the "other calendars" section. All users has made the same settings on their Outlook Profile and is "publishing editor". Any ideas ??? Is it an Outlook / Exchange bug? |
