The suggestion: put another drop down for - travel time allowance in meeting
manager. Justification: When people need to send meeting requests - they look for an empty slot and book it. Problem is that allows for no travel time, so one ends up being a little late wrapping up one and running to next. If on some of these meetings, when one knows of the need for the said "travel time", one should be able to book it automatically.
