Can I set a follow-up action for an appointment in Outlook 2003?
Hi all,
I was impressed by Oulook 2003's follow-up feature which it allows you to do on e-mails. I was wondering I could do this using Outlook's Appointments in the Calendar , but there doesn't seem to be a Follow-up command under the Action menu. Does this mean this feature is unavailable? I've been doing a bit of Googling for this and I found a couple of posts that seem to suggest that you have to write VBA code. Is that the only way to achieve this? All the best, Pablo.

Correct. Appointments have no follow-up feature. Consider dragging the appointment to your Tasks folder to create a copy with information about the appointment stored in a task item.
