Default Print Calendar labels

I have a client (doctors office) that would like to print the text of a label
with the calendar. For example if they setup labels meaning blue is for a
physical exam and red is for a general checkup, they want to see physical
exam when the print the calendar not the blue, or in this case the greyscale
version of blue.

Is this possible?
