Outlook 2003
I would like it if I could set an appointment, and have a check option on the appointment window that was for "Travel Time Necessary". This would actually add another appointment, in a different color, to signify that it is travel time on my calendar, and it would also have a controllable time. Right now, this basically needs to be a second apointment set, and that works. It would be more convenient if set up within the same original appointment. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
