Default Inbox Rules and Alerts... and Meeting Notice replies

I know this post is old, but I started a similar post ("Add mail rule filters
for read receipt and meeting responses") that also addresses this issue.

I couldn't get Ben's suggestion to work, but what did work for me was
creating the destination folder for meeting responses as a subfolder of the
Inbox. This way they are still processed, and filtered in such a way that
doesn't clutter your actual inbox.

I set up an inbox rule to automatically move meeting notices acceptance
emails to my deleted items folder; however, the rule breaks the meeting
notice functionality such that the meeting notice shows the reply as "no
response." Is there a way to get the accept to reflect in the meeting
notice
and go directly to my deleted folder?
