Can personal and public calendars be updated simultaneously?

I work in a law office where we each have our own personal calendars. We
also have a firm calendar. Is it possilbe to have the firm calendar
automatically updated when an attorney enters something on his personal
calendar?

With a third party add-on that syncs the calendars. I think one or more are
mentioned he
