I hope someone can help me. When I send a meeting invitation to a group of
executives naturally their delegates receive a copy of it. The problem is that if the delegate accepts the invitation, the meeting invite then shows their name as being invited to the meeting. I never invited them! My boss sometimes sees theis and asks why I've invited them. How can I prevent them from showing up as invited. Please understand this is not a case of them showing as accepting for X person...the meeting is actually showing them as invited and accepted. Please help. |
