Calendar size is larger than my inbox. How do I make it smaller
We have a limited amount of space on our Exchange server for each user, so I
try to keep you inbox size down, My calendar size is larger than my inbox. Do I really have to go in and clean out our calendar folders? Some of the things in our calendars are recurring and some are things we may need to reference later.

Archive your older items to a .pst file on your local drive and select the

I followed the archive instructions - but the size of the Calendar box did
not change and all appointments are still there. I'm using Office 2003 SP2. Any suggestions?
