User cannot cancel a meeting in Outlook
I am working with a user who is unable to cancel instances of recurring
meetings for which she is the organizer. The "Cancel meeting" option is not available under the Actions menu when you open up a single occurance of the meeting or attempt to edit the entire series. This problem exists for several meetings that she currently has scheduled on her calendar. However, when a new meeting is created, the "Cancel Meeting" option IS available. She is using Outlook 2003 (sp2). We have tried reinstalling Oulook and recreating her profile. Any help that you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
