Default Sharing Calendar - Permissions

Unfortunately, this is not the case. We are using Exchange with Outlook 2003

I can not see my collegues calendar at all (can't acces the folder)
When he clicks on "Share My Calendar", a dialog appears.
Then he adds my user, but then what "Permission Level" should we use?

Reviewer permission level seems to be the "lowest" type, but that gives read
access as well.

So basically, by default, we can't open someone elses calendar, but when
that person tries to give permissions, those access rights are too wide.

Any way of modifying this behaviour?

Thanks

If you are running on Exchange. Those are the settings with NO PERMISSION
given.

Go have a look at the Calendar of your most senior manager - you'll see when
they're Free/Busy/out of Office but no details (unless you have permissions
to their calendar)

Users can view your Calendar when they make an appointment and invite you OR
by using the Group Schedules function. If you have 2002 or 2003 that is!

PLEASE at least state your version when you post a question.

Judy

Hello,

I would like to share my calendar with other users but only in this
manner:
- User can see the calendar folder
- User can see the moments that I am busy
- User can NOT open the individual items and see details about a meeting

Is there a custom way to achieve this?

Thanks
