I can see the plannings, but only when the meeting time is already planned.

You cannot see others' Calendar folders without permission but I don't think
you need to. Go and try the Group Schedules function. Most people don't
need to open the folder - they just need to see availability so stop
focussing on being able to open the folder.

Try these suggestions, they work for millions of other people. Your solution

Ok, this solution doesn't exist. But I still think this is not something
that is useless.

The reason for such a functionnality is clear. In the current situation, you
must plan a meeting at a specific time and then add the people you want in
order to see if they are free. If not, then you must navigate through a view
which only allows you to see about a day at a time. Not very pratical...

Now, teams do not always work like that. It happens often that in order to
plan a meeting, you would like to know what are the free "slots" in a week
that would fit most plannings. The view where you open the user's calendar
folder is ideal for such planning. Especially when external people are
involved and give you a few choices for a meeting date.

Anyway, this isn't to start a debate, but only to indicate that millions of
people do it the way you say, but I would think that it is simply because
another way doesn't exist. Maybe this suggestion could be taken into account
for future releases. Especially since it does exist but not with the correct
permission levels.
