Default Shared Calendars and Contacts

I'm using Office 2003, and the delegate to 2 people calendars and contacts.
Whenever I click on Other Calendars and/or Other Contacts I received "Unable
to display folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified
folder location. Item could not be found." However, if I click on Open a
Shared Calendar and type in the user name, the calendar will open. The same
for contacts. Any ideas or suggestions on how I can use Other Calendars or
Other Contacts without retyping the users name each time to display info.
