Hello,
I'm currently using Outlook 2003 Professional on an XP Proffessional system. A few weeks back my user profile was corrupted (C:\Documents and Settings\username). I renamed the existing profile with a date suffix (C:\Documents and Settings\usernameMMYY) and re-created the profile with the same name (C:\Documents and Settings\username). Everything works fine with the exception of my meeting reminders in Outlook. I no longer receive these reminders. The reminders are enabled but do not appear. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Outlook but the problem still exists. I don’t see anything in the Knowledge Base that describes this problem. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help, Shawn |

I just wanted to add a bit more info to this post.
I attempted to start Outlook with the /CleanReminders switch and it did not resolve the issue. Also, when I access my account via Outlook Web Access I do get reminders. Once again, thanks in advance for any help. "Sbell" wrote: Hello, I'm currently using Outlook 2003 Professional on an XP Proffessional system. Funny you should write this today, because I had the same problem.
Upgrade to Outlook 2K3 and whammo there go the reminders. This worked for me. Archive your calendar using todays date as the 'older than' criteria. Shutdown Outlook Open using the /CleanReminders switch (yeah yeah, I know, you already did it) Shutdown Outlook Open using the /ResetFolders switch. It should work after that. It did for me anyway...... Let me know if it works. Sbell wrote: I just wanted to add a bit more info to this post. Then how do you get the reminders back from the archive calendar?
