Default three months on printout

When you print out a calendar, it shows two months at the top of the page.
How can I make it show three? I want to see past month, present month, and
future month!! Help!!

Outlook has no feature to do that.

I also need to be able to see three months at a time, and sometimes 6 months
or a year. Lotus could do this ten years ago (and provide print outs that
were compatible with Filofax and other time systems. Sometimes we still have
to use paper).

Why does Microsoft not address this problem? Surely there are many people
planning their time months ahead, and need a 'long' view?

For whatever reason, Microsoft does not offer it. If you use outlook 2007,
the calendar printing assistant has additional views not offered directly
within outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for
links to the CPA and other tools which may offer the view you prefer.
