Default Viewing someone else's calendar

My wife and I each have our own machines on a local network and each machine
is running Outlook 2003 in stand alone mode. I would like to be able to
view her calendar and have her view my calendar. We both usually leave
Outlook running all the time and therefore we can not just open the pst
since it is already being used.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can implement the desired
functionality?
