Default How do I create an appointment for someone else?

I want to create an appointment for someone else, but not attend the meeting
myself. Whenever I create an appointment it makes me the "meeting organizer"
and does not let me remove myself from the attendee list. I am currently
using Outllook 2003

When you create the meeting request, you can remove yourself from the
Required attendees field when selecting the other attendees. The only thing
is you still receive the responses and the meeting is still saved in your
calendar.

The other way may be if you have permissions to create entries for the other
person's calendar, you can send meeting requests on their behalf.

I am having the same problem, but it will not let me uncheck myself in the
scheduling assistant. If I send many meetings to many people, I don't want
them all on my calendar.

Please let me know if I am missing something.

Thank you,
Nicole
