I work part time and need my free/busy time to reflect that in my Outlook
calendar. My current schedule is M-Th 11-3 and Friday 9-1. As of now I have weekly reoccuring appts blocking out the time I am not here. This is working ok but this solution makes my calendar look very messy. Is there an easier way to do this? |

You've discovered the only way I know. I don't know if Outlook 2007 handles this any better. -- Brian Tillman |
