Default OL2K3 declining shud have option to keep mtg.oncalendar 4followup

Finding cutting & pasting DECLINED meetings annoying. Once DECLINED it is
gone to the great void, so I have to cut & paste back into the calendar from
the SENT items (if I remember and not approached to do something else at same
time); as the boss wants to know when he is away what is going on and what he
has to follow up on.

thought that maybe the DECLINE FEATURE should have the ability to be kept
and shown"AS FREE TIME" vs. disappeared completely.

ty vm, irene

Then don't decline them. Declining means you don't want them to be part of
your schedule (i.e., NOT on your calendar). Instead, either accept them as
tentative and change the free/busy to indictate you're free or save them
(i.e, FileCopy to Folder) to a calendar folder OTHER than your default
folder and then decline them.
