I have recently started a job where they are using Exchange 2000/Outlook
2002. They have setup conference room mailboxes, but have not had them autoaccept meeting requests. Rather, the admin assistants have been assigned as owners to approve or decline requests that people have sent using TO: instead of RESOURCE: So basically the conf room has been invited to its own meeting! Now they want to have these mailboxes book meetings the suggested way by choosing auto accept, auto decline, and training people to use the RESOURCE option. Great idea....but is there a way to modify all the exisitng meetings, so the conf room is not an invitee but a resource? Thanks - rgx |
