Default Travel time as part of creating an appointment

I often have appointments where I need to drive to the appointment and then
drive back/somewhere else. I also have appoointments where I need some prep
time before the appointment. For either of these I have to create additional
appointments which means extra steps.

What I'd like to suggest is to have a way to reserve "travel time" before
and after an appointment as part of creating the appointment and then have OL
automatically create the pre/post meeting appointments that reserve the
travel time. It would be nice to link these somehow so that if I move the
base appointment the travel appointments move as well.
