Find Next Appt / Mtg in multiple calendars.
My manager came to me today asking for an avail. conf. room "right now" and i
went to search and found that office 2007 beta was "SLOW" to update the darn appt.s booked. I was wondering if there was a way to search through multiple shared calendars (in our case conference rooms) and see when the next one is available. For example. It's 8:35AM Eastern. My manager wanted to book ANY conference room available for 9AM and I had to open ALL of them up to see when the next one or room was available. Am I missing something? is it possible?
