Default Sharingproblem

Hello,

We have a group of 3 people who are sharing their calendars with eachother,
on each account the 2 others are added with the same rights. (so user A gives
rights to B and C, user B gives rights to A and B and user C to A and B).

User A and B can see all 3 calendars with the content but user C can only
see her calender with content and the other calendars are clean (like user A
and B have nothing to do). And they have all the same rights on that.

Now do I know that user C is the newest user (about 2 months old, while the
other 2 are over a year old, maybe even over 2 years old) I think there might
be a function deactivated for her or something at the exchange server in her
profile. How can I make sure she sees the calendars too?

We use Win2k3 (terminal servers without citrix!), Office2k3 and exchange
server version 6.5.7226.0
