Default calendar items store but do not display

Recently moved outlook 2003 to new computer, and now find that calendar items
do not display in any view. Items are still there, and new items are
accepted, and are synchronised via Activesync with my mobile phone
accurately. Can only see number of items in My Calendars (left hand column of
Calendar view). Would very much like to be able to see Calendar Items!
