Default add attachment to a meeting request and send update

As the meeting organizer I would like to add the appropriate agendas to
recurring meetings. I would then like send an update to the meeting
pariticipants, once the attachment is added.

You update automatically when changing time or meeting place etc. but
nothing when adding something to the body of the message or by attahching
files.
