Hi
Is there any way to configure Outlook so that certain people can see exact contents of the calendar and other people can be able to see only "busy" no contents. My department does not want to let every body know who has meeting with whom. Especially on the top level. -- System Admin |

Grant Reviewer access on the folder only those people who need to see the details.
