A great new feature in OL 2007 allows you to enter the time in a time zone
instead of doing all the mental conversions. What is missing is to be able to print a day/week/month with the appointment times adjusted relative to a time zone. For example, I am in an office on US Eastern time. I make several appointments for next week in Germany. I want to print a week calendar that shows my schedule for Germany where the times are based on being in Germany. I know I can swap times and print, but this changes the PC clock and is pretty inconvenient. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
