I work a 4 day on and a 2 day off shift pattern. I what to be able to enter
my 6 day week into Outlook so it will tell me which days I am not working in the future. |

I tested this in my outlook, open a new appointment, set the start time for
the first day of work and the end time for your 4th work day, select recurrence and change it to day, with the "appointment" restarting every 6 days. This will show at the top of each work day.
