Default Is it possible to keep tracks of shift paterns for more than one .

Where I work we have 5 teams, what I need to do is be able to look at the
computer screen and find out what shift someone is on and compair that to
someone else. Is there a way that a shift patern(s) can be entered easily in
to outlook that won't conflict with my personal appointments?

Thanks in advance

Exchange public folder calendar with each person blocking out their shift?

After furious head scratching, Metman asked:
