Default Partial Follow-up on Invite

On occasion, I set-up and send out calendar invites which require individuals
to respond with information. What I hope to accomplish is to be able to send
out a follow-up on the calendar to individuals who haven't responded.

On most occasions, I sending out the invite using a distribution list, and
they are not listed individually, unless they respond.

My question is: How can I open the invite and send a follow-up message only
to the partial group (the ones who need to respond) of the distirbution list?
