Hey...i've been struggling with the same irritating, mind-numbing issue.
Using all of the suggestions here i still haven't gotten outlook to print a two page monthly calendar beginning with Sunday w/o "compressing" weekends (I guess folks at Microsoft have no appointments or business on Sat. or Sun....must be nice). Anyhow, i have found a compromise although it might not work for everyone. If you print the ONE page monthly view on 11X17 paper, you can cut it and still fit it into a notebook. Of course, you have to have a printer capable of doing that... Anyway... maybe outlook 2007 will "fix" this quirk. that's what it is all about isn't it? giving us reasons to keep buying the new releases...sigh.
