Default How 2 delete Outlook reminder when end date occurs before start da

An external device (my mobile) has posted an appointment that keeps coming up
as a reminder every time I use Outlook 2003. The appointment has happened
weeks ago but I can't turn it off as it says the parameters are invalid and
that the end date occurs before the start date. The clean reminders command
in Outlook exe hasn't cleared it.
