Default Cannot add appointments to Outlook Calendar

My end users are using Outlook 2003. We have Exchange 2003 server. I have one
user that every time he tries to add anything to a date on his calendar it
gives him the error: An error occured registering the form in the OLE
registry.

He is using Win XP on a brand new laptop and has'nt had any other problems.

I've ran a detect and repair and also I ran the scanost.exe neither helped!!

Can anyone help me??
