Default Calendar Printing

I am trying to print just a 1/2 day - all AM or all PM appointments - from
the calendar. When I try to print it this way the rest of the day shows up
at the bottom. How do I get it to print only the morning/afternoon
appointments and can it be set so that the calendar fills the entire page and
not 1/2 of the page?
