I am trying to create a clendar that has some of the same information, much
is for the general public along with personal info. I do not want the private appointments to print, it takes up too much space. I work at a church and there is much going on each day. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Bernie |

Thank you Mark the private appointments as private, then filter the view to suppress private appointments prior to printing.. -- Brian Tillman |
