I manage resources for my company such as beamers, laptops, meeting rooms. I
would like to receive the reminders that are set for these resources into my
own mailbox similar to the reservation requests that I get for the resources
(me being a delegate for the resources and as such I receive the reservation
requests from my colleagues which I then check and either accept or deny) .
This will help me to avoid forgetting a requested resources (e.g. a beamer
and or laptop) on time in a meeting room. We have Ol2003 runnig on exchange
server and each resource has it's own userid. Whenever I logon with the
resource userid I get all the past reminders and these I would like to get
into my own mailbox.
