Default Getting Sunday as first day of the week, in its OWN box

I am using Outlook 2003 and am trying to do the folloiwng:

1. When displaying my calendar in the main window, it shows Monday as
the first day of the week, and Saturday and Sunday are split in half and
are at the end of the week. I want Sunday to be the first day, and I
want each day to have their own box. Is this possible?

I have been to TOOLSOPTIONSCalendar Options and it seems no matter
what I change, I still get the same results.

Thanks in advance!

To show Saturday and Sunday in separate boxes in the month view, choose View | Current View | Customize Current View | Other Settings clear the box for "Compress weekend days"
