Default why can't I see sychronised appointments in outlook

when i sychronise appointments from Franklyn Covey to Outlook they don't
appear in outook - when i sychronise outlook with my PDA the appointment
appears.
Outlook appears to hide this information in the calendar view but shows it
in the Today Screen.
I would like to see the apointment in the calendar view as well as the Today
Screen and my PDA.
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.5608.6360)
