It seems hard to believe that a person cannot change the default time that is
available for the 'snooze' when receiving reminders about appointments etc in Outlook. What a chore to individually change the selected default (sometimes '5 min before start' and sometimes it defaults to "who knows what" . . . ) on several different reminders. It also would be nice to change multiple occurring reminders at one time. A post from 5/06 stated that none of this could be done. I can't understand why. Because these are popups? Does it relate in any way to how the initial appt. was set? BTW, I'm not savy enough to write any programs and need a simple way to accomplish this process. Thank you |
