I have a user that when she sends a meeting request to a spesific user she
gets and email back stating: "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Testing Sent: 2006-08-16 02:52 PM The following recipient(s) could not be reached: xxxxx xxxxxx on 2006-08-16 02:52 PM The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again, or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email system of the recipient. xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com #5.1.2" The email is stating that the user itself, who send the meeting request, does not exsist. So the meeting request tries to send to herself as well. The user, who send the meeting request, has full access to the other user's calender. |

First, if the appointment is being sent to a distribution list then it's best
practise to expand the list and remove yourself from it before sending, as DLs in appointments tend to be a bit flaky. If this happens when the user isn't sending to a DL, it sounds like an old address of hers may be set up as a delegate on one of the invitees' mailboxes. Check delegate settings on anyone in the invitee list who she thinks she may ever have been a delegate for, and delete any listed delegates whose names are unreadable (i.e. just a load of hex numbers).
