Default Can't turn off tick box for delgates to get meeting invites only

We are trying to untick the box below the list of delegates on a user's
mailbox (tools, options, delegates) which says 'send meeting invites to my
delgates and not me' - the box is ticked and greyed out so we can't untick
it. We have tried removing the delegates from the delegates list and
re-adding them, but hte box is still greyed out. I've logged into her
mailbox as domain admin (full mailbox ownership) and still can't do it.
Anyone know how to overcome this?
