Default Outlook should let me assign priority levels to appointments

We would like to be able to prioritize appointments in level of importance.
When others request appointments with us, they could see that if I have a low
priority recurring meeting on my calendar, they may be able to book an
appointment with me.

Currently, my calendar can show others when I am Busy, tentatively busy, or
out of office. I would like to show "Busy" as a colorcode of High Priority,
Medium Proirity or Low Priority, (or other means of prioritization). That
way, when others schedule an appontment and type in my name on the Scheduling
tab, they could see how I prioriize an appointment. Showing an item as a
recurring appointment would also help.

On a calendar filled with 15-20 hours of recurring meetings per week,
someone may be able to request an hour or two of my time during those lower
priority meetings.

Our company (Northrop Grumman, #2 defense contractor in US) is in all 50
states. Scheduling time with each others who are in meetings 60-70% of the
time can be a challenge. Thanks!
