I have seen this posted several times but none of the fixes worked for
me. We have Exchange 2003 and using Outlook 2003 SP2. Have a user with a shared calendar and the other user of course working with the shared calendar. The person looking at the shared calendar when trying to add anything gets the "Unable to open Free / Busy Information" error and cannot change or add anything. She can work with other shared clanedars fine but not this one. I tried the outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy on both the primary user's and secondary user's machines. When trying the /cleanfreebusy on the shareing persons machine it said Unable to Clean Free / Busy information. So I guess first is this an issue with the Shared Calendar and not the person's outlook who is looking at / editing the shared calendar? Second, is of course what to try next? Thanks and sorry for asking a really repeated question! |
