I already know how to create Outlook signatures and automatically place a
signature in every email message I create. I cannot figure out how to do this when I create an Outlook 2003 meeting invitation. I cannot manually insert a signature easily, since the Insert, Signature pull-down command does not exist in Calendar. I always have to find an old email message I sent, then cut & paste my signature into the meeting invitation. I wonder why Microsoft does not provide this signature feature for meeting invitations. Searched Google, no luck. Is there a faster way to do this? |
