Default Shared Calendars

Yes, I found out by myself that this software works on email messaging.
But it suits fro small businees like ours... In your case it can be
that you will have too much raffic... We use it on 4 computers and it
works great... No traffic jams .....

I suggest to contact their support... They are very helpful... Maybe
tehy will suggest smth for you... I do not know really....

I think where is a link somewhere in the home page... errrr at:

Hi Jasy,

sorry but the program that you recommend is (for me) not a real sharing
solution because it synchronize items via email like the freeware solution
netfolders, so it is a synchronization tool not a sharing tool.

NetFolders is no more supported by Microsoft because this technology was to
incorrectly.

We have central shared 18 PST files with 25GB space and I think this will be
to much email traffik to synchronize this via email and at last: Not we
search for a solution (we developed our own software), Melissa search for a
solution. ;-)

Oliver Vukovics rase:
Hi Melissa,

Outlook normally can not share all items or PST files without Exchange
Server.

There are some alternatives (2rd party solutions) available.

On this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data:

Messaging solution on Microsoft Office Marketplace:

A list of a list of third-party sharing tools is also on this site:

ZDNet UK recommend this tool:

Hello,

I would like to share calendars between 5 people. I know that Outlook
works
great when you're using exchange server, but what about when you're
using
POP3? If not, is there another program that anyone knows about / likes
for
sharing calendars? I have Microsoft Server 2003. Thanks!

Melissa
