A user has added some users from ther GAL in the local Contacts list. As
such, now he cannot see their Free Busy schedule when he tries to set up an appointment with them. We tested by removing one of the users from the local contacts list, and now he can see her FB schedule. I understand that Outlook looks at the Contacts list before going to the GAL, but is there a way to bypass the local Contacts list when creating appointments while on-line? He needs to have these contacts locally for when he is working off-line. Thanks |
