Is there a way to print a 30 day calendar and select items by category? I do
meeting support and use my calendar to remind me. I'd like to post the printed calendar, but unfortunately, it also prints the reminders like when I have to turn in a report--which isn't something I wnat on the calendar. The only thing I can think of is to make all those other entries private, but they'll still show up on the printed copy. -- Linda Adams http://www.hackman-adams.com http://www.david-hedison.com |

When I do this, I get a printed list of appointments. I'd like to have it
print in the normal "day" or "week" format - that is, have the appointment showing as a block of time - but only for those appointments with that particular category applied to them. Any thoughts on how to do this? TIA. "Brian Tillman" wrote: Linda Adams wrote: Is there a way to print a 30 day calendar and select items by category?
