Is there a way to print a 30 day calendar and select items by category? I do
meeting support and use my calendar to remind me. I'd like to post the
printed calendar, but unfortunately, it also prints the reminders like when I
have to turn in a report--which isn't something I wnat on the calendar. The
only thing I can think of is to make all those other entries private, but
they'll still show up on the printed copy.

You should be able to filter the view and then print it.

When I do this, I get a printed list of appointments. I'd like to have it
print in the normal "day" or "week" format - that is, have the appointment
showing as a block of time - but only for those appointments with that
particular category applied to them.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

TIA.
