I've successfully imported Excel files into Outlook several times. I first
exported a date range to see headers I'd need. I then named my Excel columns using cut and paste. When I only used six fields - Subject, Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, Description - everything went swimmingly. When I used seven fields - Subject, Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, Description, Location - I get this error: Translation Error An ODBC error has occurred in the Microsoft Excel translator while opening a file to build a field map. [Mocrosoft][ODBC Excel Driver] Too many fields defined. What may be causing this error? ODBC? Field number limit? Outlook being Outlook? Thank you. -- I know enuff to be dangerous. |
