Default Outlook calendar to show travel/preparation time.

Example:
I enter my workout time at 16:00.
Since my gym is a 45 minute drive from where I'm I need to leave 15:00 to
have time to change.
So I wan't to be busy/out of office in the calendar from 15:00

But I don't want a separate appointment for the travel time or to have one
apointment at 15:00. That is the work around I have today.
