Is there a way to have a public folder designated as a calendar to
appear say right under the normal default calendar folder in the tree view in Outlook 2003? |

Drag the folder to Public Folders\Favorites and it should automatically appear on the navigation pane. If not, you can right-click it and choose Add to Other Calendars.
